Save Money with Energy Efficiency Incentives

Homeowners can access an array of incentives and rebates for installing energy efficiency improvements.

Contact the Energy Alliance or your Energy Alliance participating contractor for more details about the incentives available in the municipalities below.

City of Cincinnati

City of Cincinnati residents can receive up to $750 in incentives for energy efficiency improvements. Homeowners can receive the following incentives for their improvements:

Air Sealing $500
Insulation $500
Health and Safety $250
Duct Sealing $250
HVAC $500
Windows and Doors $250
Water Heaters $250

Lighting $250
Total Upgrade Incentive $750
  • There is a $1,000 minimum project size in order to qualify for City of Cincinnati incentives
  • The value of the incentive may not exceed the price of the measure(s) installed or 50% of the total project cost

City of Forest Park residents who utilize a GC-HELP Whole Home loan can receive up to $750 in incentives for energy efficiency improvements. Homeowners can receive the following incentives for their improvements:
